Cryotherapy Overall

A unique cooling treatment for the entire body, using extremely low temperatures (160°C below zero). Two or three minutes stay at cryo chamber should be followed by a movement activity. As a response to the extreme cold, the body starts to produce a number of effective substances which results in an analgesic effect, anti-inflammatory, regenerative and anti-depressant effects and improves the immunity, sexual appetence, physical and emotional resistance.

Indication:

  1. Motor organ disorders (chronic inflammatory disorders of the motor organs – rheumatoid arthritis, Bechterev’s disease, rheumatic disease of the soft tissues, fibromyalgia, joint disorders accompanying holarthritis and psoriasis, degenerative disorders of the joints and spine, inflammation of the tendons, ligaments, post-injury and post-surgical conditions, swellings, osteoporosis, atopic dermatitis, immunity disorders
  2. Overweight and obesity
  3. Stress overloading, somnipathy, depressions
  4. Sportsmen and people wishing to improve physical condition and sexual appetence

Recommended frequency is ten days once a day. Ideally twenty treatments.

More effective way is twice a day with a few hours break.

Cryotherapy is an effective method of biologic regeneration, well tolerated, safe; it is checked by clients themselves, supported by famous experiences from many European cryotherapy centres.
